RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
To exchange or refund a product(s), please read our Return and Exchange Policy.
There are no returns for pieces that have been purchased in the Caravana Jewelry Store “Store” location in Sedona, Arizona. Exchanges are allowed for items purchased in the Store for Store Credit or Caravana Jewelry Online Boutique “Online Boutique” Credit up to 30 days from purchase date.
Returns and Exchanges are allowed for pieces purchased from the Online Boutique up to 30 days after receiving date.
You may exchange a product for a different size or style based on stock availability. Please note that certain styles or sizes may require a special order to be placed or may not be available at the time of purchase.
Please note that Caravana Jewelry does not accept the return of or offer refunds for Pre-ordered products, Custom-ordered products, or Gift Card purchases.
Refunds to a credit card can be requested for product(s) ordered on within 30 days after receiving your order. The refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for payment. Refunds to a credit card cannot be made for orders paid by a Gift Card or Caravana Jewelry Store Credit. If cash was used in the original purchase of the product a check will be issued as return payment.
The returned product(s) must be:
in the same condition as at the time of receipt
with a copy of the receipt
if sent must be sent with insurance, signature required and with tracking.
We will send you email updates regarding the status of your return or exchange, including when your request is completed.
HOW TO REPLACE INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our customer service department immediately. If your package arrives and is significantly damaged during delivery, please do not open the package and contact online customer service team at your earliest convenience.
